Eldar Group, a leading real estate company in Israel, was building a new commercial project in Holon. The challenge was to offer a marketing and branding strategy for a 22-storey office tower at the entrance to the Holon business part, close to the new light-rail. The building has high architectural design, setting a new standard of luxury in the area. In collaboration with the Shira Shecter Studio design team, I presented two different marketing concepts that included a full visual identity for the brand: logos, icons, colour scheme, business cards, brochures, stationary, billboards, digital marketing, email campaigns, and floorplans.
